The “Practical course on ubiquitin and ubiquitin-like proteins” is primarily aimed at young scientists from different areas of natural and health sciences, such as PhD students or post-doctoral fellows within several years after completion of their PhD. The program includes lectures (closely linked with practical part), demonstrations, tutorials, discussions, but is mainly focused on practical aspects of ubiquitin/ubiquitin-like protein research (biochemistry, chemistry, cellular biology, mass spectrometry etc). Additionally, participants will be also encouraged to present their work in the form of posters, for which separate poster session will be organized during the training. This training school is organized by Koraljka Husnjak (member of WG1) and the proposed trainers are also members of the Action.
