In vivo analysis of ubiquitylation and sumoylation in yeast (ORGANIZED BY PROTEOSTASIS)

Event Date: 7 September, 2015 to 11 September, 2015

The purpose of this training school is to provide a hands-on practical session on tools and techniques used for the in vivo analysis of protein ubiquitylation and sumoylation in yeast. The course is aimed at Early Stage Researchers (PhD students, post-docs) who would be interested in learning ubiquitin/SUMO-related techniques in yeast, and more generally for those who would like to discover yeast as a model system. Noteworthy, the concept of these techniques can be transferred to other model systems.

The organizer of the training school is Sebastien Leon (member of WG1) and the proposed trainers are also members of the Action.
